Customer Reviews
Still my go-to for portfolio tracking
I've been using StockMarketEye for years now, ever since they had that really generous 30-day free trial, and it's still my preferred tool. I mostly use it for the Technical Analysis Charts and the Investment Journal, which are both excellent for keeping tabs on my holdings. It's so consistent how well it integrates everything. I just wish there was a better desktop to mobile sync; it feels a little clunky compared to something like Personal Capital. But for deep dives and tracking, it beats Yahoo Finance and even Quicken for my needs.
Good portfolio tracker
Used the Portfolio Tracker. Simple to set up. Data imported fine. Works on desktop. No issues.
Consistent tracking, great reports
I've been using StockMarketEye for a few years now. This last renewal for the desktop software was just as smooth as previous times. The Portfolio Reporting Tool continues to be really useful for my quarterly reviews. It's reliable, which is why I keep coming back. My data synced right up, and the performance reports are always accurate. It just works, every time.
Solid features, minor hiccup
My recent purchase was the annual subscription for the desktop and mobile app bundle. The Multi-Currency Portfolio Support is excellent, and the Investment Performance Reports are detailed and very helpful. I also liked the Historical Price Data accuracy. My only small gripe was during the initial setup; the Brokerage Data Import took a bit longer than I expected for one of my accounts, but it did eventually pull everything in correctly. Overall, the value for money is good, and it handles my ETFs and mutual funds well, syncing between my devices mostly without a hitch.

Can you actually import stuff from other platforms like Quicken or Yahoo Finance? Re-entering everything sounds like a nightmare.
I'm looking at StockMarketEye and Personal Capital. Anyone used both and have a preference? What makes SME better?
Hey, thinking about getting StockMarketEye. Does it do crypto too? I see 'stock tracker' but nothing specific for digital assets.
My license is expiring soon, do they send renewal discounts? Or do I just pay full price again?
Is there a free trial for this thing? Wanna kick the tires before I commit.
